Booking Deposit
We request a $50 deposit,for first time bookings You will receive an email confirmation upon booking which outlines the date, time, price, and related details. To confirm, this is to secure your cleaning slot, no payment is required for a quote.
This deposit is automatically deducted from your payment on the day of your scheduled service. The $50 deposit is REFUNDABLE until 48 hours prior to your reservation, after this time the $50 would serve as a cancellation fee. The deposit is only required the very first booking. You may make reservations in future without a deposit.
Service Guarantee
Our business strives to provide the highest level of quality, service, and value to each and every customer. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know! We request that you call or email us direct within 24 hours of your service and we will re-clean the area or correct the situation to your satisfaction.
Late Payments
We do charge a late-payment fee of $10 if payment is not received on the day of service, and an additional $10 for each day that payment is not received thereafter.
Service Minimum
We charge a minimum of $160 for recurring, and $260 for one-time/occasional cleaning services.
